Serving Bones rather than chicken at KFC

At the KFC in Pietermaritzburg. I had probably the worst KFC experience of my life. Ignoring many issues with the customer service. The main issue centred on the food. I ordered the colonel box meal. The piece of chicken that came with it was 90% bone. By the time I had saw it I was already gone. I have pictures that I took as proof. It's completely unacceptable, especially considering the price we pay for that.
