SERVICE WITH A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE

I visited KFC on Maxwell Street, Empangeni to purchase a meal for my family..upon going to the Drive-thru I placed my order via the voice box and when I approached to pay..I realised I made an error on my order and asked for my order to be changed to a meal to accommodate my family.

The 'death stare' I received from the 2 ladies-1 taking the orders & 1 processing payments- for changing my order. it then went further to give me attitude and not even respond but walk away and make me wait until they return, still say nothing and just pass the card machine to pay and continue to discuss in zulu, say nothing to me and then continue with the next customer as if I was not infront of them.

This is not the first time I am experiencing attitude instead of service with a smile.. and this kind of attitude should not be tolerated especially being first point of contact with customers...these ladies deserve to be just frying chips instead of dealing with customers. I definitely will not be going back to this branch.
