Service? Stock control? Quality? do you even know what they are KFC?

What can I say about this branch, other than the fact that I am surprised that it is still open. From serving half portions, to old smelling food, to not even stocking items from the menu at 18:30 at night. It is so bad that there is more bad reviews going around than good. How something has not been done about the staff and or management has me completely stumped... Have the owners or franchise just given up with this store?
