Service Levels

This is a fast food outlet and certainly not KFC`s service level to let client wait for food-I waited 19 minutes on 2015/03/09 form 4 zinger wings-was told it`ll take only 8 minutes-and every client had to wait for food as well-the reason KFC was voted best fast food out let on the Sunday Times survey years ago was that unlike its competitors they know what fast food means but service level at this particular outlet are low-rock bottom
