Service keeps getting worse

Kfc Manguang is the worst. I ordered a streetwise 3 and that was my worst decision. The meat was raw, had a whitish colour. I couldn't even eat a wing, I had to throw it away because I was worried that I will get food poisoning. The chips didn't have seasoning at all they didn't even give me tomato sauce to compensate for not seasoning the chips. There was no napkin, I guess they knew I won't be eating so why would I need one. This is not the first time I received such awful food, I evdn complained to the manager but nothing is changing.
