Service is pathetic

Service is pathetic, drove up to the order window no one present for over 5min, drove to the collection window orders are being taken, specifically stated my order, audible and twice the lady on provides me with half the order, then when placing the other half the order she rudely walks away and doesn't tells me what's happening another lady after another 5minutes comes with the order....
