Service is Key and KFC don’t have it

We will not buy form this KFC again. Customer service is not important to them.... we are just a burden for them... with the attitude we only buy breakfast from KFC and we stood in a long row waiting. When we got to the front. The sales person said sorry breakfast stopped at 10:30. And it was 10:39 Seriously we stood about 15 min in the row waiting for service. So the result is that we will not buy from any KFC again. We have McDonalds and Burger King and will drive to them to get service.
