Service is deplorable

My husband & I have now decided to no longer support this KFC at Kempton Gate Mall. The orders are always incorrect, the chicken is mostly stale , the chips are overcooked, the mash & gravy is never that, only gravy, you have to ask for chilli salt, & these people need to go back to school. The drive thru is an absolute nightmare. In future, we are going to support the branch in Birch Acres, as you always get what you have ordered there, with no arguments or problems at all. The staff at Kempton Gate are downright rude & arrogant.
