Service from Mandy was very Rude. I work to keep my customers!!

I went to the bromhof KFC at 8pm to get some ice cream and there was a sign that the intercom was out of order. I drove to window to place my order with Mandy, she was very irritable and continued to ask why I didn't order thru the intercom. I apologized and said there was a sign. I asked about the oreo crusher and what it was... She told me the ingredients and then I asked is it like the Macdonalds mcflurry, she said she does not know in a very rude manner. I told her I will rather drive to another place to rather have a polite person to order from. KFC has really lost their welcoming and friendly staff. I will not support KFC as this is not the first time.
