Service delivery sucks, and KFC customer care doesn't really care

I recently ordered a family fiesta from KFC mitchell's plain (station plaza) town center, via the app, delivery was made within the time frame provided, the container with the fries was half, the chicken was under done, I contacted customer service via email, they responded after a number of days also via email, only to tell me that because I never took pictures, the matter can't go any further and they will no longer enter into communication with me regarding the matter, I feel like the way it was handled was unprofessional, not timely and I was made to feel like a villain, I'm sorry to say but KFC isn't up to standards as this isn't my first unsavory encounter with the institution, just different franchises, I doubt I will be giving my business to them again which is sad because I was fond of the food
