Service delivery!!!!!

I placed an order for food at 12.12pm today. Its now 14.19pm and I haven't received my meal yet. I phoned in after an hour, the lady said the food is on its way. I work at Armstrong avenue in Umhlanga which is literally 10 minutes away from 3 different KFC branches. Theres no reason in the world why delivery should ever take this long. I now have an headache, my tummy hurts and im very unhappy. Is this how you people provide good service delivery? Does all your branches have 1 delivery guy? Its perthetic. If the meal comes cold and dry......You will definitely hear from me again. ...and I wont be this polite. I will also go to media with pictures. Oh and whomever is reading this ...I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY DAMN MEAL!!!!!IM ALSO PAYING FOR DELIVERY...REALLY??????Horrible service!!!
