Service costs extra at KFC

So this is going to be my complaint about 2 food orders and one RUDE person. Almost every day we walk to the KFC by my work to buy food. Friday I bought a mini twister with dunked wings, there was nearly NO sauce in the box or on the wings, the mini twister was meant to be without tomato, but we still got it and when I ate it, it was SOGGY!!(YUK). Today I tried them again, ordered another twister, this time they did remember to remove the tomato, but it was more like they removed EVERYTHING! There was such a little filling the food was not anything near what it should be! plus it was badly burnt, I could not even finish it the way the burn was! Plus the lady that helped us today: Thandiswa looked like she didn't want to be there, she wouldn't speak, just grunted when we spoke to her and when my friend got her drink she didn't even bother looking at her in the eye. She looked away and just slamemd the drink on the counter and walk away. She threw our food into the bag without any care, so much so, they burger and one other wrap was open by the time we got to the car! I have felt so disgusted before. KFC should employ people that WANT to work there, not such disgustingly rude people!
