**** service at kfc laudium

I went to KFC in laudium to get food, I ordered what I order from any kfc a which is street wise 2 with a side of 5 clicks of their zinger sauce and I have never had a problem until I got to the KFC in laudium, the lady by the name of Thuli was rude and I insisted on her to call her manager and she just ignored me as I said it 3 times.. She was rude and doesn't understand the products that she is selling so I ask myself why is she employed by KFC
