Service at KFC in Kloof is disgusting!

This evening I visited the KFC at The Village mall in Kloof.

The service that I received was disgusting!

The employee who served me was a miserable woman! It took her over 5 minutes just to take my order as each time I asked for something to be added to the order, she left the till point to go and speak to the staff at the back.

I eventually received the order after waiting for approximately 15 - 20 minutes.

I ordered 3 twisters, but only 2 were in the bag. I asked for coke with no ice yet she was adding ice to the coke. I did not open the All Star Lunch Box until I got home and when I did open it, the 2 zinger wings were not included in the box meal. Before I left the store, I asked her if all 3 twisters had zinger sauce in them as requested and she said yes however, when I opened it, there was only mayo.

I will never understand why people who are doing Their JOBS, behave as though they are doing the customer a favour.
