where do i start, service is terrible, customer service is even worse, the management is never helpful they we wait in long lines orders never come in the order they were placed the drive through is a nightmare the person taking orders can not multi task the chicken is soggy and uncooked chips are served cold and dry like they were made days ago they are the most terrible KFC by far this store has no regard for customers they act as if we are there to beg for food please shut this store down it is of no value to anyone buying there (phoenix plaza branch
