<p>Was at strand KFC strand beach and recieved the most ****piest service ever, myself and my wife ordered a zinger burger and a boxmaster both with rounder sauce, we ordered it at 17:46 and was not told there is waiting time on zingers and when it finally arrived they gave me a burger with zingers sauce on and asked them to change it yet they only sc****d it off bt NT even properly and they still just gave it back and asked them to change it and still waited for about 20 mins and wasn't told nothing, after that I request to speak to the manager on duty which they did but also the manager did was stand at the back and look at us and didn't wanna come forward, eventually the manager came to the front but to open another till and still ignored us bluntly and walked to the back and as my wife called for her she said oh sorry didn't know you waiting on me, we told her the whole story and she just didn't nothing about it, I'm not sure as to what the manager's name was but the cashier that helped us name is ncumisa, the way this whole process was handled is really pathetic and disgusting date of incident is the 5th of March 2017</p>
