KFC White River is absolutely **********. Did the online order thing, and 2 hours later after numerous excuses were told we must fetch our own food. Got dressed and drove about 8km to the shop only to be told that the food is not ready. Asked for a refund only to be told it would take 7 working days. This is ridiculous. You have to pay when you order, but they can't deliver a basic service. The staff was absolutely useless and a massive disgrace to this establishment. I will never set a foot in this KFC ever again and do my utmost best to warn everyone I can against it.
