Serious Complaint and Request for Refund or Voucher

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service and poor conditions I experienced at your KFC Lesedi City, Vosloorus branch at Lesedi City formerly known as Naledi Mall on 22 December 2025, My order number was 1401,

The restaurant was extremely dirty, with unclean tables and floors, which is completely unacceptable for a food establishment. The service was equally disappointing. Staff members openly served their friends before other customers, ignoring the order in which customers arrived.

I waited over 45 minutes for my order, which is unreasonable for a fast-food restaurant. When the food was finally served, the meat was poorly prepared and not up to standard, raising concerns about food quality.

Due to this extremely disappointing experience, I believe it is reasonable to request either a full refund or an appropriate voucher as compensation. I also expect this matter to be investigated and for corrective action to be taken to prevent a recurrence.
