Serious about good service

<p>Last week Sunday I had a challenge with Kfc westgate and I was pretty convinced that I was not going to visit a Kfc branch anytime soon. The Kfc team really worked hard at changing my perception of their brand. I'm happy with how they handled the situation with regards to the confrontation I had with one of their employees. It's always good to know that there are companies that take customer care seriously.
