Sent from pillar to post for our order

Placed an order telephonically and went to pick it up. Was told to ask for Snethemba when i come to pick up my order. When i got there, she wasnt there and had to ask someone to process the order and had to wait for it to be prepared by there wasnt anyone who was willing to prepare my order. Even the managers were not prepared to prepare my order, one of the managers even said "whoever took the order must prepare it". Is this the right way we are treated as customers, sent from pillar to post just for our orders to be prepared. I had to shout and make noise before my order was sorted. This lady even said Snethemba has left for the day, she should have prepared the order before leaving. I told the to call her to prepare my order then as i placed it with her. This is not the first incident, all the people who placed telephonic orders were sent from pillar to post.
