Selling dried out zinger wings & strips

I placed an order for delivery early this evening, because I don't have my own transport.<br> <br> After the order arrived and we unpacked our food, I immediately noticed that the zinger wings and zinger strips I ordered is old and dried out.<br> <br> My husband phoned the delivery line and was promised that a replacement order will be sent. <br> <br> After waiting 50 minutes, my husband phoned again, spoke to Melanie who promised to follow up and phone him back.<br> <br> Ten minutes later I phoned and spoke to Melanie again, who said that she spoke to the branch manager who told her that my replacement order just left the store and should be here in about 10 minutes.<br> <br> More than 10 minutes later the replacement order finally arrived. The wings looked better, but when eating I tasted that it was very oily and a bit under cooked <br> <br> This strips is another story. It looked even worst than the 1st batch. I could not even bite into it, so tough it was. I didn't even bother to eat any further.<br> <br> I complaint on your Facebook page and KFC website, was asked to inbox my contact number, which I did and was promised that someone would phone back. <br> <br> I'm still waiting.
