Second time this KFC has given me less food than I paid for

At 18:07 I bought a 8 piece family treat at KFC , They packed my order gave it it to me I left , when we get home theres no chips? We stay 15 kilos away and we are told to come back and fetch fires? seriously? And its not the first time they rip me off like this, First time I was driving to the Eastern Cape for holidays and only noticed in Bloemfontein they actually gave us half of our order.
