Schloppy Mash

In general, the staff is super helpful, friendly and do their best to get your order perfect. The food is fresh, hot and very tasty.

My complaint relates to your mash and gravy. Why is it so super saucy??? There was a time, not so long ago actually, that we got nice fluffy yet stiff (i.e. not schloppy) mash together with your delicious/famous gravy. Please can we get back to that? If people prefer sauce, then give them just the sauce, the rest of us prefer proper mash and gravy.
