I ordered food on Monday around 19:01 , made a payment using the app. Afte I have made payment I got a message that says there was a technical error and they will refund my money, Tuesday I send an email and I was told that a consultant will call me back, 48 hours later nobody called me, I called the call centre and the consultant was so rude as if It’s my fault even worse I was told that I need to call in at 10am because the people that works with delivery queries start at 10am. I have been inconvenienced and ****ed off.
