Online ordering is supposed to be easy and efficienct. I ordered on MrD food a combo from Kfc and the payment went through. Only for me to be told to substitute a 1,5ml Cappy bottle for 4x 330ml cappy bottles ,because they didnt have stock. I asked if I would get some sort of refund because the 4x 330mls dont amount to 1x 1,5l of the Cappy. I am upset because on the app I choose and paid for the order but in the Arcadia shop which didnt have stock , I had to settle for less the amount , after I voiced my concern that , those Cappys still dont amount to the number I paid for. It is late in the evening and my money had been deducted from my account already. I am being told because it is an online order I am supposed to log it online. Why in the beginning was my order accepted??? Why am I paying for a service that cannot be rendered?
