saved the day

We had purchased a family from KFC the crescent part of the hot wings were off. I had called the branch and the customer service but was told I should drive back as the delivery vehicle cannot leave umhlanga . or come back the next day for the wings I had advised Bongiwr the manager the meal is for supper n no1 wants 2 eat in fear the meal was off which was purchased 40 min earlier .disappointed I told my wife to cook supper that's when benni from phoenix KFC called and handled the situation like a real manager he came to my home personal with a fresh meal and ensured we were satisfied . that's what I say is true customer excellence . he saved the day for KFC as I was on my PC capturing a complaint which is now a wow moment . I will ensure I continue to use the phoenix KFC as they always provide us with great service ... Thank you benny
