I had I misfortune incident with KfC brackenhurst.. however I must say that I'm glad that the situation was handled professionally and promptly..Tshegofatso.. thanks for the assistance and understanding..customer care is key...I dnt mind driving to brackenhurst to get my favourite kfc meal..but I realised that ordering online is a bit of an issue as it doesn't give one an option to choose wisely..
