Savage unidentified splinter over 10cm

Got two pulled pork burritos/wraps and one had an enormous splinter in it. Very sharp, dangerous and savage looking. Girlfriend hurt and cut her inner mouth on it and we launched a complaint. Kfc asked for the unidentified fragment in a provided envelope for investigation, along with the receipt. Took quite a while before they arrived but it got sent anyway. We are now over 10 month from the initial complaint with absolutely no action or updates. When I chased it up, they said it had slipped between the cracks and they weren't sure how. They even said new management was the fault. Maybe the colonel ran a tighter ship. Absolutely abysmal service and no regard for health safety or hygiene. Complaints line is there as a front and they just want to keep any evidence of error. Well I still have plenty pictures and I won't be dropping this.
