Satisfied

<p>I ordered street wise 1 at KFC Westgate mall in Roodepoort today and as I was walking back to my work place I decided to check the contents of my KFC bag only to find that there was only a piece of chicken without the mini loaf and the mash and gravy,I wasn't surprised as I have received bad service in that same place too many times before,decided to go back as i was furious,spoke to Jabulani (manager)who managed to impress me with his very good customer service s****s,he apologised and called the lady who was responsable for my inconvenience and told her infront of me that the incident was unacceptable.....I would like to say thank you so much and keep up the good work.</p>
