Sandton city mall kfc bad service

I ordered using the skip line option to pick up at 13:35 at Sandton city mall kfc. They were so disorganised and they were giving people ordered not as per number but what you ordered. I ended up being helped after 30min of waiting. What is the point of ordering online then.
