Salt & Tomato Sauce only for Chips

On 30 December we stopped at KFC for a family meal. We ordered chicken and breads to the value of just over R350. When asking Siyathemba, the Manager, for some tomato sauce and salt we were told we could not have any because we had not ordered chips. He said this was the \KFC Policy". When asked to see this policy we were told we could not see it. We told him policies need to be displayed and we suggested returning the order for a refund. At this time Siyathemba grabbed the food from the counter and did the refund and sent us on our way. The Steers was delicious. <br> Unfortunately our children's great grandmother who was with on this outing caught a serious cold from being outside too late in the cold air due to the delay that this caused.
