Sad service for a regular customer

I went to KFC to break my fast. (Its my routine having done this almost every night since the fast started). The chicken portion was underdone. I sent it back and got a replacement piece. This too was raw and ******. They manager replaced the chicken with 2 snack burgers. I told her that (I was physically ill). My husband ordered Zinger wings which was old and dry. This too had to be replaced. This happened at 5.45 last night. Its 9.00am and my husband and I are both ill. I am extremely disappointed.
