SAD

i was deeply sad when i experienced this twice i bought a streetwise 3 (as thats my fav at kfc) and on both ocassion i was served oily chicken and the second time around i was served oily and somewhat precooked chicken , the sad part was that i reported this on kfc Facebook and on KFC's portal with no help at all the 1st time i was told it will be replaced but no one got back to me and i gave it a benefit of a doubt and then got that and this time i was not assisted .......now i realized this when i got home and im not sure maybe this is KFC trying to tell me that my business is no longer welcome and ive grown up to it......sad time indeed
