Sad customer

Hi I am Tandekile,I am writing today to complain of the poor service that I got from KFC IDUTYWA the new KFC Wich is on N2 I was'nt happy at all I stood there for like 10 minutes without getting any help. Unfortunately they didn't have name tags on them so I don't the name of the guy that was there. And they didn't bother by telling the customers maybe they short-staffed or something...I had to go through Drive Thru to get the service but they took their time also and their wrapstar wasn't nice it was black in colour underneath and the taste was bad.....I thought I would get the best service I was coming from EL driving to Umtata I wasn't happy I don't wanna lie and I was so angry .
