***********s- Poor Customer Service

I contacted the KFC customer service to lodge a complaint about KFC Selcourt however the 2 call centre agents that I spoke to were not helpful at all and the ended up dropping my call. I called in again and got through to the same person who dropped my call when I asked why she dropped my call she said they are having a technical issue. The complaint was finally logged and she said I will receive a case number via SMS, 30 mns later no sms received when I called back into the call centre I was told there is a technical issue and sms's are being delayed. It's been more than an hour now still no case number.
