S#@% service and manager at KFC Gugulethu

I was at KFC Gugulethu during peak time 16:30pm and the manager and staff has everyone in a line ordering from TSWOP machine and 1 till open with the only thing you allowed to order there a 6piece. I went to complain from Thembakazi who served me and was told the only way I could get a 15pc bucket was to order 3 6pc and make it an 18pc having to spend R100 more. THIS IS F#&%? DISGUSTING SERVICE WHO THE HELL ARE YOU TO TAKE MONEY LIKE THAT FROM A CUSTOMER. I stood in line and because I'm a Customer service Manager myself I knew my rights and one of those were to get to speak to the manager or get their name and surname, AND I WAS REFUSED BOTH. Instead the manager was barking orders that the one that complained should not get their order now as if I can't hear her and for an Old lady I was disappointed because this could cost her job. But being persist I got the managers name by the delivery person and her name is THANDI MBULE!!! She made me wait another 20mins for my order as I ordered it at 16:23 on my slip and left your store 16:47, disgusting for a fast food restaurant. So I would like compensation for my time I wasted with uneducated management that clearly has not learned from the same customer service rule book I have. 2nd I want a personal apology from THANDI MBULE as to why she didn't come and speak to me as a customer and not allowing staff to give me her name and compensation from her as well for her manners. And lastly would like a complete refund on my order for having to spend so much to get a simple order that I request I should not buy 3 6pcs in order to make a 15pc bucket and there is no reason that the store is making 50 60 yrs old woman use a self service machine forcefully and having us wait while the whole store is being taught how to use a TSWOP machine. I've never seen it in any store but it's because it's in the township and dinosaur managers like your one in Gugulethu thinks they run and own these stores. Get them out I want to see what is done with THANDI MBULE too
