Rudeness from a waitress

Worst experience ever,waitresses had an attitude 😒 waited there for about about 50 minutes I am still angry as it is asked for the manager they couldn't tell me her name or even assist me in my problem ordered food that cost almost 200(R185.70) they couldn't tell me about any delay in my order asked for the manager she didn't even border showing or even asking the ladies to explain all they did was come check who I was and went back behind the machine didn't even give me any receipt nobody helped me in ordering or even advising me that the machine is a bit sloppy... I was so hungry looking forward to the food but ended up buying snacks for the night the waitress seemed new yet she was so rude didn't even give me any attention 😒 I am so disappointed as that was my local restaurant 😞 and almost all my regular people were not there

Waiting almost an hour for something that I didn't even get seems so hush I won't be going there anytime soon
