rudeness

i went to buy food at kfc proes n styruben n de was an old lady infront of me in the line the old lady was buying using a card and unfortunately her card was declined the cashier named nkele started attackling the woman telling her how she poor n how she knows that her card doesnt have money with all the customers watching the old lady was embarrased and she left the shop crying wen i tried to talk to the cashier she told if i want to buy i must buy or i must leave if i have nothing better to say i tried calling the manager he/she didnt attend the matter instead the staff was laughing i bought streetwise 5 n i gave it to the old lady
