Rude treatment

Was denied food by the supervisor at kfc Hatfield the street wise 2 says ANY2 pieces i told the cashier the pieces i wanted and she told me its not possible i asked were exactly is it specified which pieces i should choose she calls the supervisor n says 'sesi ashuu' in my culture ths a very disrespectful thing to say the person the supervisor allows that behavior worse she came with the same attitude towards me i was not treated with respect n the supervisor went ahead and said she wont apologize if kfc has a rule about how pieces should be picked let it be visible for customers to see but i am very unhappy about the treatment i got.
