Rude stuff and half cooked chicken

I was at KFC drive thru this morning to buy 21 piece ,when I was to pay their told that their speed point isn't working right ,I did understood that ,so when I tried to explain that the reason I didn't go inside is because I don't have mask then , recieved bad customer service , rudeness from the workers , and it leaded to big conflict whereby the manager I was involved,in my thought manager should resolve conflicts between customers..so my question is do you really give training to your stuff and what are importance of customer service and disadvantages of bad customer service ? Third we are receiving half cooked chicken
