RUDE STAFF MEMBERS AND FACILITIES THAT ARE NOT OF GOOD STANDARD TO ACCEPT CUSTOMERS

I refused entry into a bathroom at KFC Nkuna Kraal by a rude staff member called Phumudzo, and at that time she had the decency to interrogate me so rudely. Remind me why I have to go to KFC again?

Why are they offering food and refusing people bathrooms? I mean it doesn’t make any sense at all
