Rude staff members

Staff attitude is out of this world I cant lie, so yesterday i visited KFC Secunda@drive thru got to the window to collect my food to note that my drink without ice and the guy served us one with ice and when I advised him that we asked for one without ice and the guy had no name tag but he started shouting at the ladies by the drive thru on why they didn't indicate that we asked for no ice. today again i visit KFC to buy my meals to experience dissatisfaction due to the manner in which Brigget was just annoyed as she my order was called and I requested that she bags both my orders in one bag . she never acknowledged my request but made me stand there as she hands out same meals as the one i was waiting for to three other customers. This is not on . no customer deserves to be treated like trash but any organisation's employee. I asked and paid for that service .I am not a beggar and I will not be treated as such .
