Rude staff member from KFC Lyndhurst Caltex Garage

OK, so my husband and I decided to go to the KFC by Lyndhurst Caltex Garage after dropping our child off at school. We went through the drive-thru and placed our order, went on to the next window and collected our stuff. Both the staff were quick and friendly with their service. As we were about to drive off, out of nowhere comes this rude lady by the name of Matshipi giving us attitude. She said "you've got your food now go". We don't know her; we were not dealing with her to begin with; there was no car behind us. It was 08h04 AM and completely empty. So I don't understand what her issue was. I just had to report her.
