Rude staff, bad client service

I did an online order and paid online from KFC Colorado, Weltevreden Park Way...the SMS says upon arrival to show the SMS at collection counter which i did.. the lady packing was so rude, dismissive and just didnt wana deal with my questions she just said join the queue and carried on packing, not even noticing she was busy with My order . With KFC running most friendly competition with those attitudes i hope they dont Win. She had het name tag on backwards probably because she is used to being rude and getting complaints so she hides her name...horrible service
