Rude Staff at Dawn Park KFC

I had a ********** experience at KFC Dawn Park due to their atrocious customer service. After waiting over an hour for my order via the Mr D app, I went to the store to find out what was happening. An employee named Mzamo was incredibly rude and did nothing to help. When the supervisor came out, she shockingly shouted at me and refused to assist with my order or help cancel it through the Mr D app. I spent an additional hour dealing with their slow and unprofessional service. The customer service at this location is absolutely unacceptable.
