Rude staff and *********** management

KFC Umhlanga rocks drive in the vicinity of coastlands hotel I was on the drive thru boaght nuggets they didn't have sauce when I question the lady who was packing my food she said I must not complain to her I must complain to the lady who took my order she was very rude the way she spoke and the manager was there didn't inteven she carried on as if everything was normal. I wrote an email complaining about the incident on the 5th of this month but no one has investigated the matter so now I'm under the impression that bathopele principles are not adhere too they just don't care and ***********
