rude staff

Hi my name olona and my cell phone number is ********** 057 on the 27th of january my fiance and i went to a KFC in pinetown that was extremely dirty we ordered two star box meals, the lady who was at the till (sphelele) told the kitchen guys what my order was, i waited for about 20minutes before collecting my order when i went to collect the same lady who was at the till gave everybody their orders mostly it was people who order after me, she then looked at my slip and asked the kitchen staff if my star box is ready, one of the ladies in the kitchen told her that she forgot about my order, so i asked the lady who was assisting me if are they only starting with my order now and she just looked at me and left me standing there. my fiance called a complaint number that we saw at the KFC and we were told the manager of that KFC will contact us and we still haven't received any feedback. we eventually got our order after waiting for about 40 minutes or more.
