Rude staff

I dont know why I bother myself with kfc commercial road in port elizabeth because every time i'm there i expierance bad customer services. This morning I order a cruch burger with medium chips and a very berry crusher cashier ranged up everything and I waited for my order few minutes so 3 to 4 minutes a rude young lady comes to the front telling the cashier that there are no rolls for the burgers as this was communicated amoungs them this morning cashier tells her she was not there when this was communicated as she was in front servicing customers, rude lady calls out my order number and I came forward her exact words but they were in Xhosa 'there are no rolls for the burgers are you still gonna take the chips and crusher' to my suprise havent answered because im still amazed at how she spoke to me She directs herself to the cashier saying that im leaving my order now that where i started to talk asking her what does she mean when saying im leaving my order. As she was about to answer poor cashier called me to her side and explained nicely i took my money went across the road to macdonalds and enjoyed my meal in peace that order was at 10:09 this morning
