Rude sraff and bad service mkhuhlu kfc

Staff very rude, on the 02/08/2022 i ordered 9 piece bucket online order for R74 cashier name Tebogo malungane and on my app it shows 2 item which is 9 piece ans free simba. Upon collection ibreceived only 9 piece when i ask the about tge simba she shouted saying did u order simba or 9 piece does ur receipt show simba. Everyone was looking at me like an idiot she went ahead speaking to the cashier saying this lady says she wants simba and they laughed i stand there for few minutes while tgey ignored me and they had put few packet of simba next to the till. And 1 customer said they always take simba whebever we buy and share among themselves. Kfc mkhuhlu its an embarasment. The other day my friend bought 9 piece fir R129 using cash tgey gsve her 9 piece and the receipt of R74 online irder receipt and she didnt do online order when she query thats when she printed another receipt for R129.
