Rude service - KFC Maponya Mall

Useless service! Why are they using a ticketing system if they not gonna use it at all?

Bought a burger and continued with my shipping, giving them time to wrap up, so that I just come to collect. When I went back, for collection, they told me that I need to wait in the "Collection Queue" because they need to prepare it. The lady was rude as hell! I was so ****ed.
